Amen, one of the best! Go Greg! Go Renssy!” - Tom Tom Adamson

Greg James

and the Peaches

Hailing from Rensselaer, Indiana, Greg James and the Peaches bring an energetic, eclectic mix of original music and crowd-pleasing covers to stages across the state. The band features three seasoned musicians: Greg James on guitar and vocals, Joel Haskel on bass and vocals, and Christopher Louck on drums and vocals. Together, they blend creativity, musical chemistry, and a whole lot of personality.

Known for their dynamic setlists, the band effortlessly moves from Greg’s original work to iconic songs by artists such as Steve Miller Band, Fatboy Slim, Radiohead, Tom Petty, R.E.M., Depeche Mode, the Presidents of the United States of America, and the Rolling Stones. No two shows are ever quite the same—and that’s exactly how the fans like it.

At the center of it all is Greg James, a well-loved Indiana musician with a long history of performing with countless artists. Many of these musicians still show up to Greg’s shows—and often jump on stage for surprise cameo appearances. Over time, these guests became lovingly known as “the Peaches” because, according to Greg, they’re all just “so peachy and sweet.”

In addition to leading the band, Greg James also performs as a solo act, bringing his originals, covers, storytelling, and naturally engaging stage presence to intimate venues and special events across Indiana. His versatility as both a bandleader and solo performer has helped him build a loyal following throughout the region.

Greg has released three full albums on Bandcamp and continues to play across Indiana with both his band and his solo show. Performances are lively, interactive, and often hilarious—Greg has a natural rapport with audiences, seamlessly turning listeners into participants and participants into fans.

Whether it’s an intimate solo set or a full-band show ready to get the crowd moving, Greg James and the Peaches deliver an engaging, uplifting, and unforgettable musical experience every time.
